I live and work in the heart of the Finger Lakes in Upstate New York, where

I write about everything from renewable energy to health care.

My passion is writing about higher education, whether it's a profile of a first-generation college student attending Cornell or an article about interactive lecture halls for University Business Magazine.

I also specialize in working with businesses and nonprofits on newsletters, social marketing and public relations.

If you need an accomplished freelance writer for your next project, please

feel free to contact me. While I live in Ithaca, I often travel to meet my

clients' needs.

Cornell climate scientists believe we only have a decade left to change the economy and human behavior before we commit ourselves to significant global warming. My article in Cornell Engineering discusses the solutions they have proposed for curbinb global warming.

Universities across the globe are adopting active learning classrooms, which was pioneered in the U.S. in the 1990s. My story on the popularity of active learning worldwide ran in University Business Magazine.
